• Confidentiality and NDAs are standard for all clients.
• Performance examples are illustrative only; no guarantees are offered.

Payment

• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of their data and deliverables unless otherwise specified.
• Akura may reference anonymized outcomes for editorial or marketing purposes only with client consent.
